Being in the business of financial inclusion, at FIA we believe that if women are empowered through financial inclusion, our mission and vision of bringing access to capital and through it, create a more equitable world, will become easier.
FIA works with women in the rural sectors and employs them as Bank Sakhis. Banks Sakhis are banking agents, recruited from the local communities, to promote financial services, and earn a decent livelihood by doing so. FIA identifies women, coaches and helps them set up their banking centres.
