Job Description
- Troubleshooting technical issues and support the roll-out of new applications
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, Microatm and biometric scanners
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues
- Completing detailed reports listing requests for technical assistance, steps taken to resolve them, and the specific dates/individuals involved
