Business Development & KIOSK/Customer Service Point expansion
- Identification of the potential areas / districts for expansion of business in a region.
- Assess potential customer base and product acceptability in new region / areas.
- Assess opportunities for geographic expansion of operational area and identifying /setting up of new KIOSK/customer Points
- Ensure business growth and diversity of products in the region as per business plan
- Analyse productivity, efficiency gaps of areas and branches and plug the same
- Managing existing relationships with partners/ customers in their respective states
- Responsible for driving the P&L in the respective state.
Portfolio and Risk management
- Ensure team is taking preventive and curative measures in the region to maintain high quality portfolio
- Ensures rules and norms of the company related to HR, Admin, training are adhered strictly in pursuit of the risk management and defined process
- Assisting the RM/BH in formulating the strategies regarding portfolio and risk management in the region
Monitoring and Quality Control
- Ensures rules and norms of the company are adhered strictly in pursuit of business growth in the region
- Visits field to observe field activities to ensure these processes are followed in compliance of the operational policy and procedure in the region.
- Review Branch /Bank MIS data to ensure accuracy.
- Closing the audit actions in the Regional level.
Team Management
- Provide guidance and training to the existing staff and KIOSK
- Provide feedback to the staff to improve performance
- Resolve internal conflicts at Branch level/RBO Level
